PLAGUES & IMMUNITY
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "There are angels at the mountain passes of Medina (so that) neither plague nor Ad-Dajjal can enter it.'

In this Hadith, The Prophet (ﷺ) said that Plagues cannot enter Medina, however Covid-19 has entered Medina, so a Question arises Is it a real Plague?
It is indeed by the Will of Allah when plagues spread. However, Allah has not chosen Medina in this regard. And associating Dajjal with it shows that this hadith is free of time. The time of Dajjal’s appearance is unknown and the spread of Plagues is not associated to a certain time only. This is forever, that Plagues will not enter Medina. Medina is always guarded by angels.
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "There are angels guarding the entrances (or roads) of Medina, neither plague nor Ad-Dajjal will be able to enter it."
Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 1880;In-book reference: Book 29, Hadith 14
Isn’t this enough proof that Plagues cannot enter Medina. Then what is covid-19 and how has it entered Medina?
In another Hadith, The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) has commanded Muslims to stay in the land, where a plague breaks out. Why would The Prophet (ﷺ) advice a person to stay in the area where the plague has spread? Naodubillah so that they contract the plague? Absolutely not! And why would he advise anyone not to enter the place where there is an outbreak of plague? This simply links to Natural immunity. A person who stays in the environment where Plague breaks out gets exposed to it, irrespective of sitting close to the infected person or hugging the infected person. He is breathing the same air, eating the same kind of food & living in the same Terrain. His body's microenvironment takes some time to get immune from getting exposed to insignificant traces of disease-causing-factors (toxins, parasites, microorganisms, or bad germs) This is the natural healing system of a human body.
But then why would He (ﷺ) advice a person not to enter the land where there is an outbreak of a plague? This is again linked to a person’s Natural immune response and health. When a person changes places, cities, or countries, it takes a while for his natural flora to accept the demographic location, get immune to its microorganisms. Accept climate changes and build climate related resilient immune system. And these bits of exposure to the climate build a child’s immunity. When a baby tries to suck on everything he grabs. When he wants to chew all the things in his house, or around him. He is developing an immunity to live in that area. Each human’s gut microbiota is shaped in early life as their composition depends on infant transitions (birth gestational date, type of delivery, methods of milk feeding, weaning period) An entirely new place, eating the vegetables grown in its soils, getting exposed to its air and water, takes some time for a person’s immune response to feel okay! And fight normally.
Narrated Saud:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If you hear of an outbreak of plague in a land, do not enter it; but if the plague breaks out in a place while you are in it, do not leave that place."

Whereas each individual’s gut microbiota is characterized by a specific combination of bacterial species due to inter-individual and intra-individual variations throughout human life, his places of contact, his demographic locations, his exposure to the specific environment. His changing environment has a direct affect on the microenvironment of a person and indirectly on his immunity & health.
Everyone is provided with a unique gut microbiota profile that plays many specific functions in host nutrient metabolism, maintenance of structural integrity of the gut mucosal barrier, immunomodulation, and protection against pathogens. Examples of Prebiotics are vegetable fibers, for example a Celery stalk (fibrous fibers allow healthy microorganisms/Probiotics to grow and flourish their colonies on them) thus eating fibers balances the natural gut flora. Antibiotic use disrupts our normal gut flora, and our immunity suffers greatly.
There is a simple rule; “Where there are toxins, there is an overgrowth of bad & harmful microorganisms in that tissue. Microbes come to engulf toxins, they live on toxins. Hence inclusion of Aluminium or Mercury in a vaccine vial keeps the attenuated organisms alive”
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "He (a Muslim) who dies of an abdominal disease is a martyr, and he who dies of plague is a martyr."
Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 5733; In-book reference : Book 76, Hadith 48
The link between abdominal disease and plague is also a sign of death or lack of immunity to fight. And if a believer dies of such an illness is a martyr! Such a beautiful death, which every muslim would cherish for himself.
