I was short of time, so I decided to cook Tuna Steaks, literally just 4 to 6 minutes on the grill, dinner was done! I used Kenwood's indoor Electric Grill (Grill has option for Fish)
Marinate Tuna with pinch of salt, peppers, rosemary, lemon juice and soy sauce.
Leave it for 30 minutes.
Brush your grill with Mustard oil. Cover with lid, change sides, each side 6 minutes.
Put Veges on the side with organic boiled egg for Protein boost. Tadaaa '
