In the winter of 2013, sitting at Nyhavn harbor, Copenhagen. Bird watching, boats floating in the sea. A cool breeze creates soft waves, tiny ripples on the water look beautiful. Wooden edge of a snowy harbor is freezing. Tourist taking pictures, moms and dads with their little ones out for fresh air. The sun brightens for a little time in the day. I see an old lady alone on the bench. I miss my husband, as he is offshore for his office duty. Thinking about my mother-in-law who called me an hour ago asking me how am I doing in the city of strangers? We do not have any relationship with strangers. But there is a similarity. Similarity of humbleness in "being human." The language of love, affection and care is same no matter wherever you are in the world. It doesn't matter how appealing is our appearance. Our souls have a deep connection with people of the world. I observe people on the streets, in the shops, sitting next to me in coffee shop. By passers on the pavement. We talk to them in our minds, a medium of communication. This doesn't require acquaintances.
Smile its free.
