WHAT IS A KIDNEY STONE MADE OUT OF??
It's made of calcium deposits or uric acid crystals.
Can be because your body is producing alot of uric acid/calcium or you are consuming uric acid/calcium.
Or it could be a reverse action, that your kidney is storing uric acid/calcium because it senses a Depletion in uric acid/calcium.

Uric acid is a break down of proteins.
Uric acid accumulation shows a person's diet is unbalanced in regards to proteins & fats.
Eating LEAN PROTEIN (without animal fats) is a very toxic strategy. Proteins with less fats breakdown into uric acid, which precipitates & presented to the kidneys.
CALCIUM PRECIPITATION comes from misconception of consuming calcium supplements, most of the supplemental calcium is accumulated in the vlood vessels and do not really reach the bones
Studies have shown women taking more calcium and vit D supplements have calcification if blood vessels and body stores it in kidneys as kidney stones.
They also can be dehydrated. By dehydrated,I don't mean they don't drink water. They drink unstructured, unfiltered water which cannot hold calcium in it.
Studies indicate that vitamin C (ascorbic acid) supplements are associated with a higher risk of getting kidney stones.
